Try quadrupling the amount of frames, which means you have to move the character a lot less every frame. Try it and post again.

It's fast, it's uneased, it's shaky, it's stiff and generaly of a poor quality.
So I say that if you did some test for those things before trying something like this then you will get better. But I hereby recommend you to the begginers section.
