Well, first off, you should post your animations in a thread and link thim to this one.
Secondly, you should make longer animations.
Finally, you'd be more likely to be accepted into a group if "u dint tok liek diz."

I'm just suggesting if you want to get a group, you might want to make longer animations.
To make the size less if it's pivot, just look at the tutorial in the pivot section...
