Basically you need easing, fluidity, and foot placement (which may or may not be mentioned in that tut. If not it soon will be) ((Edit: It now is)). It looks as though it might be saved wrong too but I'm not 100% on that.

Well, if you've not been getting any advice and don't know what you're doing wrong then you won't be changing your mistakes. Easing is the key. Ease absolutely every movement and the rest will fall into place - even physics abuse and stiffness can't happen if you've eased it properly.

i made a eased representation is a little glitchy because is a eye

The first one to me looks like it need easing and better movement. When his foot pushed foward on the ground, it looked really wierd. Try to move the general figure with the other joints is what i say. And its not crap, just need a little improvment

It's really slow. You should make it faster.
