How do peoples post they're anims in the hompage ?

They sell 'em to Jay and he puts them up.

Yep. CJ pays people for the right to put their animations and games on his website. He then generates advertising revenue from people trying to sell stuff to the people who want to watch the animations. The advertisers, in theory, make money from the people watching the animations, so overall it's a process of people paying to see your animation if it's good enough.

Well actually Jay only pays people if you advertise Stickpage in the animation and promise exclusivity for about a week.

If not, you can give it to him for the honour of having in on the frontpage.
