Because StickPagePortal is a stick figure based site, most people who visit and join the forums are interested in learning more about stick figure movies. This interest could range from wanting to watch more stick figure based movies or actually creating the movies themselves. Whichever the desire you are interested in you will find the help you need in following your interests.

If you are one who is interested in watching more movies, then you have come to the right place. Besides being the branch off of Stickpage, you have access to the portal and the forums. At all three locations there will be countless animations related to stick figures. Feel free to watch and give your comments about the animations.

If you are one who is interested in the actual production of stick figure movies then we can help you get started. Most of the animations made here are designed and animated by three different and unique programs: Flash, Pivot, and Easytoon.

* Flash is a vector based animation program that supports not only animation, but game design, and rich internet web applications. This is the most common type of animation program used here and you will find that all the animations hosted by Stickpage will be made in this program. The program itself carries a high price tag. Though many versions of Flash exist, most will cost around $500 (372 €). Download

* Pivot is a free stick figure program that allows the user to manipulate stick figures by the use of dragging joints. This simple and effective way of animating allows the user to create animations at a quick speed. Although limited in its ability to create different objects, pivot allows for the creation of stick figure based animation without the heavy price tag of flash. Download

* Easytoon is a free, black and white, pixel based animation program. Easytoon supports only frame-by-frame animation which requires that the animator constantly redraw in every frame. This type of animation requires the animator to be specific and precise in drawing. This challenging, but rewarding animation style when done well, delivers a spectacular and clean animation that can be admired and appreciated. Download

Whichever program you choose you can be assured that there will be animators and guides to help you develop and challenge your skills.

Before I release you to merge into the community and find your groups to join let me remind you that StickPagePortal does have its own set of rules. These rules were not made as an optional guideline for behavior. The rules are the governing force that will be enforced by the moderating team. If you do break the rules there are consequences which will range from a warning to a disabling of your account. Flaming discussions usually end with name-calling and a flame war. Advertise - ADVERTISEMENTS, PROMOTIONS, SOLICITATIONS, and PROPOSITIONS. Do not advertise on Stickpage forums! It is considered unethical to promote other forums or sites on Stickpage forums. Golden Rule – Do onto others as you would have done onto you... Complaining about disciplinary actions – From time to time I will delete threads, posts or even ban members of Stickpage forums. It is essential that the forums be kept clean. From time to time members may feel that there posts where wrongfully deleted. It is reasonable to ask why your post or thread was deleted. However, if you complain about it or complain about a temporary ban then you risk being permanently banned. Signatures - Signature are limited so all images in your signature are to be 500 px Width by 150 px Height. Music signatures are allowed unless they are: 1) Really small 2) Doesn't have a Play/Pause button 3) Start's off automatically.
