reflection tutorial ?

i was wondering if anybody can tell me how to make it look like there is a reflection of the stickfigure on the ground ???? if someone could tell me how that would be great ! ( for an upcoming animation ) :Smile:

Check the Flash Tutorials section. There's a few reflection tutorials there.
