The 1981 film Clash of the Titans was a colossal mess of epic proportions. I really hated this movie, felt that it was trying too hard to be hip, but didn't stand as an action film like it was trying to. It doesn't help that the film really hasn't aged well.

Next year, Legendary Pictures is releasing a remake that looks ****ing epic. Sure the teaser makes it look like a mindless action film, and it may be one, but I have no doubt that I will enjoy it far more than the original.

I'm not sure about it.

There were some cool parts, however. Wouldn't be opposed to seeing it.

For someone whose parents showed him the original as a child, I am incredibly excited about this film. Looks awesome.

I grew up with Clash of the Titans. It was a good movie. As I kid I marveled over Harryhausen's work and wondered how he got a gigantic statue to move around with people there. It was my second favorite next to Jason and the Argonauts. I can't think back to count the amount of times I've watched those two movies. Nostalgia.....

This movie looks okay from the trailer. At least better than the other remakes that look to come out. It covers the action better. That's all I can really take from it. I'm going to keep an eye on this one until I end up in the theater. I'm too fearful of my childhood love-making-movie being ruined to be pumped.
