Use other colour rather than black to do the outlines.

Well, that wouldn't change too much I guess. Indeed it is one way of making things more interesting.

I think the image lacks dynamic and shading.

I like your DA name.

But yeah, shading would be nice.

well, I gave everything two tones I think. Should I get more detailed with the shading? I've been trying to get the coloring like most the typical band shirt designs. They're mainly two tones with heavy outlining and some small details and stuff. Thanks for the comments though. I'll be sure to work on it. Just trying to get more solid colors in flash other than trying to blend them and such in photoshop.

It lacks depth in my opinion.
The eye especially. It looks flat.

Try to blend the colors a bit more and like someone previously said, I wouldn't outline the stuff in black. I would use a darker color of red. Except for the eye. Like the big robot guy in my signature. Outlined him in dark grey instead of black.

what exactly did you make this with :?

If the idea was a band tee, I would've considered continuing the tenticles

The idea was definitely inspired for a band tee. That's why I didn't want to go into depth with shading and all that other fancy shit. But everyone's opinion is there opinion. I should of stated that it was suppose to be simple and such. I'm thinking of releasing a few tee shirts soon once I make a collection of personal cartoony monsters that people may think are cute but still have a really goofy and nasty look to them. Thanks for the crit guys.

Nice picture
It seems as though some quality was lost in the JPEG compression
Try png next time
