Razr has a point. In the community animation section there are four threads for this. There are at least another three in the pivot tutorials section and I suspect another half dozen scattered around.
If you want to post on the portal specifically, you can't. That's what it means to be closed unfortunately. As for making a series, that would require you to become incredible at flash and then to advertise stickpage in the preloader and then to sell your stuff to Crazy Jay. It should take about 90 hours work if you're speedy.
