- You will not spam
- You will not bump a topic more than 7 days old, unless the topic doesn't need to be remade many times (chat thread, pictures thread, etc.), or you are contributing intellectually
- You will not post more than once in a row in a single topic
- You will not reply to spambots
- You will not flame
- You will behave respectfully, and refrain from posting if you can't disagree with someone in a civil manner
- You will not make one-word or short posts that do little or nothing to contribute to a thread
- You will not make image-only posts that are not relevant to the thread
- You will not degrade your own or anyone else's thread. This includes low-effort posts or inappropriate use of memes
- You will not troll
- You will not advertise, or post any links that are for your personal gain
- You will not post ANYTHING considered illegal as defined by law (this includes linking or directing users to pirate flash)
- You will not post goodbye or welcome back threads. They will be automatically deleted.
- You will not complain about disciplinary actions
- You will not disrespect, threaten, insult or otherwise harass staff members. If you are having a problem with one of them, quietly take it up with another admin or talk to them calmly one-on-one. The staff are here to keep the forum in check and make it a better experience for everyone. Making their lives harder by being a pest is unnecessary.
- You will not post long messenger (msn,aim,yahoo,gmail) conversations
- Your signatures will be kept to a reasonable size; signatures that exceed 500px in height are in danger of receiving an infraction; keep the width within reason as well
- Signature cannot contain any audible content (sounds, music) that plays without explicit interaction from a person (no roll-over button sounds, no auto-playing music)
- You will not include inappropriate content in your signature or posts such as pornographic images or open text links to other forums or sites other then hosting accounts.
- You will respect your fellow members. We work off the Golden Rule here!
- You will NOT make second accounts for any reason other than to discuss a previous ban with a staff member. You may not post under that account as you normally would. You will receive a permanent ban if you do. Multiple accounts are regarded as a form of forum and portal abuse.
- You may post forum games unless the moderating team or admins can tell that you haven't put thought or effort into making it up.
- If you are not contributing to Stickpage in a positive capacity then you are not welcome on Stickpage.com/Stickpageportal.com.
- Do not act as a moderator or admin, or other person of importance on the forums when you are not. If you see someone breaking the rules, report them. If you don't want to report them, that is fine, but do not post telling them what they did wrong. This will be considered off topic spamming.
- Post in the right section of the forum.
- A banned user is not allowed to participate in this community in any way, shape or forum. If you act as a proxy for them by contributing on their behalf, you will likewise be banned for a number of days or permanently depending on the situation. The banned users are not allowed to participate as part of a clan, or any part of RHG.
NOTE: The Forums and IRC are not separate entities when it comes to the rules. How you behave on IRC can lead to punishment on the forums and vice versa.
NOTE 2: Though it may seem unfair, you are a representative of SP outside of these forums, and may be punished for your actions elsewhere. IE, if you spam a forum not related to SP, we may end up banning you as we do not want someone who has shown they will do that kind of thing in our community.

-Contributing by animating and submitting your work to stickpageportal or the forums.
-Contributing by attempting to get better at animating and not just for the sake of getting past this rule.
-Contributing by helping out other members of SP with animating advice or how to properly utilize the site/forum or how to find information.
-Contributing by taking on the responsibility's of management such as admins, mods or specially selected groups.
-Contributing by being involved in productive or constructive threads other then the MAIN section of the forum. Example, reviewing other members work or taking part in debates.
Troll - An "Internet troll" or "Forum Troll" is a person who posts outrageous messages to bait people to answer. Forum Troll delight in sowing discord on the forums. A troll is someone who inspires flaming rhetoric, someone who is purposely provoking and pulling people into flaming discussion. Flaming discussions usually end with name-calling and a flame war.
Advertise - ADVERTISEMENTS, PROMOTIONS, SOLICITATIONS, and PROPOSITIONS. Do not advertise on Stickpage forums! It is considered unethical to promote other forums or sites on Stickpage forums.

Complaining about disciplinary actions – From time to time I will delete threads, posts or even ban members of Stickpage forums. It is essential that the forums be kept clean. From time to time members may feel that there posts where wrongfully deleted. It is reasonable to ask why your post or thread was deleted. However, if you complain about it or complain about a temporary ban then you risk being permanently banned.
Abusing the Rules
If anyone abuses the rules it will be up to Crazy Jay, ZuLu, Paperclip or the Moderating team to handle the issue. Sometimes this may result in a simple private warning via PM. Other times it may result in an immediate ban regardless of a warning. There is no rhyme or reason to what deserves a warning or a ban. I suggest you follow the rules, you may think that we are strict but you will know that we are fair…
