I have just spent the last hour discussing psychotropic drugs in general with my relatively conservative father and a work college of his. I even managed to get a trip story out of the college, that and a much more detailed version of my fathers accidental trip.

Yes, my mother is also quite opposed to pretty much every drug under the sun, she is really only roughly tolerant towards alcohol and nicotine, my father is marginally less so, but after hearing his in depth hash cooking story has brought me a greater understanding of the concepts that he portrayed in his vivid description of the circumstances.

My parents are both so much against marijuana they've said they would report me to the poilce if I ever smoked it. So yeah, nothing from them.

Yeah, I had a disgusting "heart-to-heart" with a family member about how awesome opium is and how to make heroin out of it while he was on something.

you should tell them that it's not illegal to smoke it ;)
thats pretty horrible of your parents to willingly put your entire future at risk because of a law. (or plant if they hate the drug moreso)
