I actually thought that I was going to be in a competition, however it isn't really organized or well thought through. Besides my policy requires you to be a frequent member otherwise I would do it, too bad.

You cant trust forum users with anything.Have you looked at the "Rate that signature" thread? Basically, thered be a piece of shit sig with Sasuke on it, and someone would rate "OMG 10/10 I LOVEz SASUKE1"
