Description:There is a factory discuised to look like a toy factory but it's actually a human experiment lab!The mayor has decided to shut down the factory becaue of it's high levels of pollution.So the Mastermine of this sends an mutated,monsterous,assasin to kill the mayor.But a good lab experiment has escaped to save the mayer and foil the master mine's plans of total domination of the world.

It's an improvement on last time but you're still being a bit too specific. People need to have the freedom to animate what they want, whilst being vaguely guided in the right direction enough that it can still be called a collab. Take the Apple Collab, for example. There's a short, simple idea there - getting an apple from a tree - but still enough freedom for an entrant to animate whatever he decides will look best. This collab of yours eliminates everyone who doesn't like animating lightning. It'll also mean that everyone's entries will be so similar that no one will feel theirs stands out.

Plus, it's very long and complicated. Any entry would probably have to be around 1000 frames to be good, and people just don't have the time for that. It's also ridiculously difficult to show all of that detail in an animation.

All that is, of course, assuming you wanted one of those animations from each person. If that's just the storyline and you were going to get one animator to make each bit of a full movie then it could work, although you might want to mke it more clear.
