Because nobody really goes to the Beginners section I'll just post this here.

This time I used the grid function in Flash so there is a lot less resizing. I know that the whole body should move when punching, I saw that when I finished and didn't feel like re-doing the animation. C+C is appreciated.
Punch Test.

Add a few more frames for each section. it'll look smoother that way. When doing that, onion skinning helps a lot, too (lets you see the older frames while you work on one). It currently just looks, well, rough.

Danke for the C+C. Doubled each frame, doubled the frame rate, added black outlines, and re-uploaded.

I agree with RawGreen, you should ease it more. And when he brings his hand up to punch, have it bend a little more upwards (the lower section of the arm), so that way it looks a little more realistic.

He should bend back a bit more, and his legs should move a bit, other than that wobble.

Thanks for the C+C, I will look for some easing tutorials, already watched a few. Oh by the way, I'm a guy, I just like the color pink.
