try doing an execution type animation that isn't in 1st person, it'll have more animation. you know, like a shot to the back of the head or something.
the only thing i'll comment on is the muzzle flash, which seems too small

I'd add that the arms aren't loose enough. The elbow joint doesn't seem to just relax as much as it should.

in the hat anim it looks like the hat is kinda jumping off his head before he tikts it enought for it to fall but thats just my opinion and its going a bit fast for me to be sure.....

Only problem I had with it was the steps on the grey guy. They seemed jerky. I think they needed a couple more frames each. The way he got onto the screen seemed a bit flickery too.
