When you click on a section there will be a number of threads at the top with a pin icon next to them. These are the stickies. Reading them will get you damn near everywhere.

I assume you're a pivoteer. Save as .gif, frame delay 6, shrink frames by 2, upload to imageshack.us, copy the direct link, paste it between [IMG] tags.
