There was an argument he had a long time ago with Zulu, I think. When I talked to Zulu he said he's okay with him now, but didn't unsilence him though. <.<"

I presume "silenced" means that regular members can't see his posts, since I get nowhere following the link in that quote and have never seen him anywhere.
