Your animate needs easing and fluidness. Get comfortable with one movement at a time. Look at some tutorials or fbf some other animators's animations.

No problem man. For now, just understand the concepts of the basic things such as easing, force, smoothness, etc etc and apply them to movements. Just think of real movements. :3 Don't worry about trying to get ranked as a certain type of animator. Just get good enough to express what you want to see in an animation and enjoy doing it. :D
