Make the arm parts the same color and remove the outline where they overlap so that it looks more together. Nice 3-D ishness goin on there.

Here's a jolly grand idea before you continue this any further.
Hoow about sitting down, hitting yourself in the head for a second, play some music, and come up with an idea instead of saying "I'm going to animate a girl dancing". Anyone can do that.
It's obvious at this point that you animated the hair, added the chest piece, and then tweened the arm just so they were moving. It is also obvious that you had to plot or concept whatsoever of what you wanted the final product to look like.
I say start something different and actually make at least 80 frames of an animation before posting it. It will honestly help you if we have something to critisize you on rather than most noobs gagging over the fact that they can barely animate stick figures but you can do this.
It will help you in the long run to take my advice :/
