damn. 15min? wtf man that was ridiculous, even if you made the main anim in pivot and added effects using flash thats above anything I could even imagine doing. starting over. again. and again. and again. I've not only had to redo the damn anim but also the storyline cuz it now just seems so unepic. :(

It's called new layer, click on frame, press F6, draw line, press k, click, press F7, draw line, press k,, click,, and repeat lol. It's pivot, I'm not just going to sit there for 4 hours making you guys shoot your loads 50 yards :/

lol I'm the only one that's remotely good that has posted in this thread :P lololol but thank you anyways.

It isn't that hard really. All I did from "high" beginner onward was mess around with my easing a bit and work a lot on my movements and shit :/ It isn't hard.

He had 4 major movements :/ everything else consisted of barely moving the orange dot. His effects were terrible, and the easing was completely awful.

My first movement alone was better than his entire animation. The fact that mine had constant motion makes it better. Go hang around other forums more. You're talking to someone who actually knows what they're talking about.

His was probably around high beginner if you want ranks.
Intermediate is all about having the ability to ease and having really good movements. You pretty much have to be able to do what I did (Multiple figures moving around at once) and keep the style going with it.

You can get intermediate off of movements, easing, and physics alone.

Incidentally, since you're here and awesome and totally willing to help a guy out, how would you say mine's looking so far?



Fo'Shizle already pointed out that it's not obvious what's happening with the green guy.

The blue guys movements are really good.
The green guys sword shouldn't fly away. He would've dropped it.
The orange guy moves too fast.

It's better than all of the other crap that I've seen around here.
