I attempt to put mine up on tinypic, but it fails for some unknown reason, it just tells me that the service is unavailable

It doesn't give me the option to save as a GIF.

Can you post a printscreen of what happens when you try to save?

Pivot 3: Save animation as > .piv > Change it to .gif
Pivot 4: Export animation > Gif

Thank you. I was able to save as a GIF, but now when I try to upload the file it doesn't display any of my saved GIFs or animations, it just displays the files that came with Pivot 4. I also noticed that the files that are not displayed when I try to upload have small lock symbols when I access them otherwise.

Uplaod the Gif to Imgur.com and copy one of the link on the side, the once with the [img] tag in the front and end.

It won't let me upload the Gif. I tried browsing through files, dragging and dropping the file, and copying and pasting the file. When I try browsing the files, the folder I save all my Gifs to doesn't show up. When I save the Gif to other folders, the file doesn't show up, nor do any of my other animations, but when I access them by going through the files at any other time besides uploading, all of my files are there. The ones that do not show up when I try to upload have small lock symbols by their icons. As for copying and pasting, nothing happens when I paste. It's the same for dragging and dropping.

Ok, so look at the folder that is highlighted. It has a small lock symbol by it's icon.

Now when I try to upload, the Gif folder is not there. It's the same for anything with the lock symbol.
If the images don't show up, here are some links:

I'm not sure exactly what's going on there but I'd guess there's some sort of security thingy enabled on that GIFs file. Have you tried saving your gifs to a different file and uploading from there?

I already tried that. Any Gif I save ends up having that lock symbol, no matter where I save it. I tried playing around with the security settings but nothing has worked so far.

I do not know what is happening, so I am farming this one out to the rest of the forum. I made a General Help thread here.

Edit: The solution is apparently this link - http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/17117/remove-the-lock-icon-from-a-folder-in-windows-7/
