You need to put in some sort of movement when he's flying really. Besides that, try looking at the forces more and making sure that the sticks absorb any impact an propel themselves enough to do whatever it is they're doing. I'm thinking especially about the handspring.

how many times have you animated that same handspring with the arrow? I've seen it in at least three of your animations now. do something different!
