38 degrees celcius, 100% humidity.
Cloudless summer one day, torrential rain the next.
Australian weather is bullshit.

It's snowing here, but not so intense. I've never had a day off because of snow.
There would really have to be extreme conditions for a day off.

Well, with our school, it either has to be REALLY bad, or not too bad. If it's only a little bit of snow we get the day off because it could ice over, and there's a big hill we have to get up and people keep slipping over on it. Either that or it has to be really bad.

I remember one time we had school off because it was too cold out.
That's pretty surprising considering everyone in Chicago is generally used to it.

Myself, you should try Melbourne. It changed from 38 degrees to torrential rain and thunder/lightning in two hours on new years eve.

Nice.
Melborne doesn't get cyclones though, nor the humidity.
We seem do get hit with a cyclone Larry twice a decade. :/
