I prefer the first one although there appears to be no anticipation to a lot of the attack moves.

Both have the same problem, the limb itself is moving the body, not the other way around. Unless he's telekinetically moving his limbs instead of using his muscles, that isn't realistic.

Also is that a cape or is his arm limp?
