Which one would you rather lose?

leg, it seems like it would be much easier using a prosthetic leg than a prosthetic arm.

Whole thing from the hip/shoulder, or just a segment from the knee/elbow?

i'd probably choose arm because it's kind of hard to play basketball with one leg. plus, once they improve robot limb technology, i could be all luke skywalker on everyone's ass

mainly for the reason gavel said, once synthetic limbs are perfected i will be able to have an arm with superhuman qualities, whereas having one super strong leg would just be akward

I was like 100% Arm b4 reading the comments. I guess its easier to get a machine leg, but WITHOUT getting any technology (which I think is what the threadstarter wants to know. (Damnit I sound weird))

Id choose Arm. I find walking more important then missing one arm when my right does most the work anyways

I can not type or play video games with only one arm.

My hands are tied.

Can't do any sports though, walk properly, run

I can get by in a crutch, wheelchair, or whatever. I can get used to swimming with one leg for exercise. Other sports can suck it.

I'd lose the ability to do a lot without an arm, especially my right arm. Can't drive (whereas I'd think you'd need only 1 leg for driving), can't draw, can't type, etc. EVERYTHING I did would be downgraded in efficiency.
