I know the animation itself sucks, i am testing special effects.

No, it's probably after effects/eztoon. The particles were quite nice.

I think it might be after effects. I love the use of it in flash with stick figures. It's like a big budget film that went all out on an awesome special effects display and then drew in the actors. I think you might actually be able to do something like this in flash...

Would after effects work with flash?

Seeing as flash is vector and after effects is raster.

Yes, all effects were created in after effects.
