And it looked stiff, I think. Too fast for me to really study it.

Your movements are still riddled with stiffness, try to loosen it up, maybe trail some of your movements. Also, when you position the feet, make sure they aren't jittering about. And also try to bend the feet when walking, juming, ect. It just loosens it up more. With the head, try to create arcs of motion. Don't have it in any random place. To help with this, go through your animation frame by frame and reposition the head until it moves it a smooth line. Although, make sure you don't move the head too far from normal, it may make the stickman look completely retarded.

As for the explosion at the end, instead of creating a single frame and just expanding + lowering alpha, actually recreate it every frame. For example, you can create several circles of vairying sizes and use them for the dust cloud, have four or five to create the center of the cloud, and make 2-3 plumes extruding from the center. These can be made up with say 5-10 more circles than steadily get smaller the further away from the center. Every frame you need to adjust the size of the circles, aswell as slightly move the extruding circles outwards. Try to ease how much you actually resize the circles, so on the first couple of frames you might expand them by 20 at a time. But eventually bring it down to say 5 each time. After you bring it down enough you can begin to dissipate it, just lower the alpha until it dissapears, or find another way to dissipate it.

I'll private message you and send you the piv. to one of my animations containing an explosion like that, so you can see what I am talking about.

Apart from that, you are getting better, I see alot of Poppets influence in you :).

You use too short movements, it's hard to comment on it.

But from what I've seen from when you were in the beginner's section, you've improved a lot.
