Is pixel animation that special that it needs it's own program. Just do it in flash.

Flash sucks considering it's vector based and I can't use onion skins without having the extended version of Photoshop.

Draw in paint, save a copy of the image, edit, repeat, then compile with flash, thats how I used to do it.

There's a pixel tool plugin that I've linked in the flash section that makes pixel animation in flash super ****ing easy.

Flash is more than sufficient for this sort of shit. You just need extension manager and some extensions.

The vcam in that page is pretty sweet too. rotates and blurs when you rotate and blur it.
