WELL, I bought Adobe flash CS4 (As a student I know its extremely expensive) along with CS3 dreamweaver, photoshop, illustrator and (umm...) something else. I didn't use it before hope i can get DETAILED tutorials. I'd like to ask, is it that the CS4 version has more to offer ? (other than the ordinary flash softwarre)

CS4 is a lot better in my opinion, however it is more aimed towards development as part of a team than recreation animating.
Have a look in the "Flash Tutorials" and "Official Tutorials" sections of these forums to gets started and learn the basics, and then when you have a specific question, come back and ask us. Usually there's someone more than willing to help if you just ask nicely.

Google along the lines of "basic flash cs4 tutorials."
I'm not bothering to get cs4 because it looks extremely heavyweight in comparison to what's offered after cs3. cs3 is already a bit ****ed after flash 8 but I live with what my school gives me for free.
