my opinion of the song.. ehhhh, its kind of boring. the part where dameon is singing is good, but when that other guy is talking/singing it's boring.. not much to say, one beat repeated over and over, doesn't really seem like a single..

Nah, the song isn't even supposed to be released for 4 days and I remember reading the Gorillaz wikipedia page just about a month ago, there wasn't any mention of Plastic Beach that I can remember..

The song is okay, kind of unusual even for Gorillaz.. I really didn't like the other vocals other than Damon's. The album's concept has potential, though, hopefully the rest will be good.

yeah, i hate that ****ing guy that cuts in and starts yelling some nonesense, he ruins the songs mellowness.

Even still I'll be getting my hands on this album no matter what, I love gorillaz.

the art is really cool, especially the one with noodle.
i was hoping there would be really awesome art on the cd itself, but it's just a upclose picture of a submarine pokin out of the water, and it's all black and white, oh well.

The album is really great. I like it as a rocker/metalist, that's how great it is. The first single is really great. It's the heaviest songs on the album I guess. Plastic Beach is a bit too soft I think, too "pop" so to say... but it really gets the listener in a good mood. Great album.

Finally picked this up today, haven't listened to it all just yet but I like what I've heard thus far.

I really think they brought too many outside musicians in, I'd have liked to hear more of Damon's singing. The album just didn't feel like the Gorillaz, it felt like a compilation album or something.

I still enjoyed some of the songs, but I really think for all the anticipation they could have churned out something better
