Not quite, just for the fact that you can only spin the block one way means that sometimes you have to spin it three times and when the screen spins you sometimes over spin just once. Which means that you have to spin three additional times. But maybe you misjudged and over spun it twice, so you go to spin it three times just to find out you over spinned it again. You try and recover but it's to damn late the block is down.
