@Zed: Another good point. Once you get bored enough to start inflicting harm on yourself, though, that's a good indicator you've pretty much done everything you ever wanted to otherwise.

EDIT: WHOOPS. Almost forgot to address your odds statement. While it's generally just cleaner to say yes, you're exactly right, that's not exactly 100% true. A given set of odds such as "100 to 1 chance of x" is an average, not an absolute. I'll note at this point that your wording of that statement does allow for this, but I thought it a valid point to bring up anyway, if only because not everyone will pick up on it like I did. It's perfectly possible to get "lucky" and go twice, three times, or even several times longer than the odds would dictate. It's all chance.
