Tea. Milk, two sugars. And the tea must be prepared in a pot - not the cup it will be drunk out of. And the milk should be in the cup before the tea is poured in. And after the sugar is added the spoon must be tapped gently on the rim of the cup twice. And the cup must be held with one finger (almost certainly the little finger, unless you're freakishly dexterous) extended.

And it must always be served with a scone.
