Very choppy and shaky, and the physics were off, and there was no easing. I strongly suggest you go to the beginners section and if not at least post everything you've done in one thread. You'd also probably be better off making much simpler anims like a walk cycle until you have the basics sorted.

I kinda have to disagree with Zed on this one. The physics that drove the animation on this one were not on the dot, but he got the basic idea. Plus, all the animations on stickpage depict some sort of giant sword, lazer beam, or other fantasy, so physics in that sence son't even come into play. Yes it is choppy, but it's a heck lot better than my animations at this point.
