Come to think of it, that smile looks like something out of One Piece more than Bleach.

And in his defense (oh lawdy), the fluttery demon thingy only marginally resembles the emo kid Hollow, so that example is weak. And I point to 2-D's remark about the kid flying at the camera. I've seen that in countless other shows and no one's ever called plagiarism on those.
