i did...to the lowest..but when i post this,it became fast...and i maked it slow before i saved it..

With pivot you set the frame rate when you save it. If you're on pivot3 the frame rate is the fps box. Higher number means faster animation. In 2.2.5 it's the frame delay box. Higher number means slower animation.

In theory.

In practice pivot can only be done at 17fps because otherwise the browser won't display it. If you want it slower, add more frames and smaller spacing.
