Too bright.. darken it up a bit and it will look alot better :)

I made it brighter and darker at the same TIME!

Looks really amazing I just started learning photoshop and I wonder how you did that ! Looks really cool, I like the glowing stripes that go across his face, I like the colorful circles, btw, could you do a minitutorial or explain me how to do the circle thats on the very left bottom that greenish-yellow-red one ?
