Tell me where i am making the mistakes idk it took me like maybe 12h to make this thing and then i look at some animation on stickpage and then i got all sad omg
and that kind of stuff plz someone reply :(

Meh I don't come here enough to mind. I know I'm not great or one to give advice, but I will give it a shot.

Check out some tutorials on stick construction because your sticks look weird, don't say it is a style because that would just be an excuse. Watch a few tutorials on how to build a stick figure and some basic movements and dont be so focussed on effects.
