Firstly, middle class families have had tax CUTS under the Obama administration.
Secondly, the tax increases imposed by the Obama administration have raised income taxes AT MOST to 38% (that was not for middle class families either, so you're full of shit with that statistic). You didn't even say what KIND of tax you're referring to. There's more than one kind and it'd be best to know that before spewing criticism at a bill that isn't even remotely related to taxes for the middle class.
Thirdly, you have no idea what the hell you are talking about and probably should read up on what preexisting conditions and premiums are before posting bullshit like this. Hopefully you'll act more like a responsible human being and not an ignorant jackass by the time you're allowed to vote.

I broke my hand and I needed surgery and the HEalth Care companies declined me.
So we had to pay 40,000 Dollars up front.
