It says i have to sign in to save my game file but when i sign in from the forum i wasnt sure how to go back to my game. Help please?

You have to go to the Sift Heads official site to save your progress in that game. Not here. I'm afraid any progress you made in that game is gone now - you've been redirected to a new page from which your game is irrecoverable. You will have to start again.
