I recently got a tablet and thought "HEY LETS GET INTO ANIMATION AGAIN :D". I pretty much quickly understood my cons and could not find a reson around them.
My moves aren't awesome-ish and I tend to use the arms way alot.
My characters usually are on the ground ALOT and I find jumping very hard.
I want it to have medium spacing but I tend to animate as close as it gets.
I frequently switch on "how to draw" styles like, animating the head first, the body first, the legs first aand it gets me confused and makes me fail the anim quickly.
I can stay up late alot. My timezone is 01 + (Sweden)
If anyone have the time and wants to take me on, I would appreciate it alot.

He means he needs someone to mentor him, not that he can mentor someone.

Thats true, this is a request for someone who has time and wants to expand their knowledge/epicness/stance with admins by helping a lower skilled animator.
