no im saying that they might look the same but personality would differ sometimes alittle sometimes alot thats right alot you cant control personality even identical twins can be completely different

Identical twins aren't identical atom for atom. Their brains will have small differences. The teleporter I described would make you identical.

They wouldn't make teleporters like that anyways. If they did it'd be a much more TAKE YOUR ATOMS HERE TO THERE AND RECONFIGURE. It'd take a lot less energy then actually reconstructing you atom for atom and there'd be a lot less room for mistakes.

This. It'd cost way more to physically recreate someone rather than simply bending space or some shit. Maybe a field similar to those in Mass Effect (The Relays) whihc are theoretically possible.

If I understand it right, the moving would take almost literally no time at all, an infinitely tiny moment if not just instantaneous.
And I think it's likely that they would put you in a coma or something while the moving took place, because the experience of blinking and suddenly being in a different place can't be good for your mental health.
