Let me explain: the person who posted the serial number already bought flash or else he wouldnt have a serial number so it doesnt count as piracy becuase the guy who posted it already bought it to begin with so no its not illegal.

That's not how it works. That's like saying it's ok for you to buy a DVD and burn it onto twenty other discs and give a copy to each of your friends. The terms and conditions expressly forbid reproducing it or giving it out to anyone else who hasn't paid. When you buy flash from Adobe you are getting permission for you alone to use that programme on one computer. That's it.
