Well I do agree that the run tutorial is really good for the starter like me. I had just started learning flash and made for my website previously using "Flash wallpaper" application. But I think now I will learn in correct format.

Its a very nice tutorial but i just added a few tweaks to it to get my run loop. I changed the arm posture that's all and the first frame posture too. Is that ok?

Thanks! I needed this, I somehow think it is more realistic to see frame by frame but when you play it is a little bit unrealistic.
