I'll have to go against lynching. As it says in the first post, this game is meant to encourage deductive reasoning. Killing off people on a hunch would go against that, and in my opinion ruin the game.

I think we should follow up on the Titanic clue, though. Titanic sank 14/15. april 1912. Does anyone have birth dates or join dates that coincide with this?

Ashlander, I'm quite sure everything in the death stories could be clues. You might be right that the titanic was only mentioned to establish a setting, but as he could have said any boat, I think the fact that he chose titanic makes it worth investigating.
