That looked pretty much perfect to me, so nothing obviously flawed, good job :)

The sticks looked very much disproportioned. Might be better if they had longer legs and stuff.

When falling down hit by a bullet you dont stop in the middle of the falling process, do you ?
Zed's right, the sticks proportions are weird
the gunshot was nice
I like the feedback, the reaction of the sticks body to the shooting (the black one)
crouch and the aiming doesnt really seem right, maybe its because of the short legs and long torso/body
the green guys animation is weirdo, his reaction is quite awkward, the blood needs work

Good try, now try to watch some references first, watch battlefield bad company 2 trailer and be as impressed as I was and try to recreate a scene or two from that masterpiece, go and DO IT ! ITS FUN !!!
