I'd say Jutsu is the better one by far for now. Jutsu has the gift of making epic lightning.
moch is good and growing, but can't compeet with jutsu of making effects.

Don't fight in Jutsu's thread, Or I'll take both of you down. Now Back on Topic, I vote for Jutsu, Because I've seen him pivot from the start, and he has been really good, so basically i say High Intermediate, for Jutsu. Though i know for a fact Jutsu can do better.
