It goes awfully slow, try increasing the frame-rate to make it look smoother.

Ya, theres definitely a speed issue there. The punch also lacks a LOT of force. I think there are two problems here.
1. It takes too long. A punch should honestly take only about 2 frames max at 24 fps. Thats not including the windup.
2. Your legs are really spaced out. When the legs are too spaced, it takes out the ability to move the whole body with the punch. You forced yourself to only have the head jut foreward, while you need the torso to move.
Theres more i could comment on, but i g2g so maybe i will later. But keep it up!

Again, the punch still lacks force. A ball(Or whatever it is) appeared when he stopped running and was ready to punch. The jump lacked anticipation, Make him bend a little more then jump. I highly recommend you redo everything then we'll see.
Edit: I watched the jump animation again and I saw a problem. It was bended enough but He stayed in the ground for too long and if you meant that it should have been an high jump.
