So, in your opinion, is this stuff good enough for intermediate?

You need a frame where the kick is in contact with the red guy otherwise it doesn't look like it hit him. It's quite nice movement though.

haha ya i didnt think anyone would notice that. Unfortunately, I put the two of them a little too far away for the leg to reach, and didnt feel like going back to change it :P

you have every part of the body doing a certain action at the same time. the animation looks fine, but if the blue guy's upper body (after the kick) started moving down 2 or 3 frames AFTER the legs started to come down then there's this nice sense of organic lack of concurrency.

Is there a reason nobody's responding to this? theres 9 animations in that swf, and theres only 2 responses
