Not broken here :o. It's pretty cool and realistic. The water that the boat splashed didn't loop.

The hands are a bit small, the 2nd shot with white water coming off the boat (from back view) has a quirk in the loop. Overall the animation looks fine. You just need a soundtrack!

He has a history of decompiling flash animations and putting it into his own. This was back around 2 years ago when he used to go to a site called Flashindustries with me. If I recall correctly, He's stolen from such animators as Adam Phillips, slientkillah, sticktacular, and who else knows what. uhh.. 1. FI slowly just got inactive.. It's still up, but you have to be a registered user to see the forums and i think they locked registration.
2. What's the use of reporting? It's the internet. All we can do is ban him from somewhere like here.
3. I can't see the animation. Link doesn't work for me. And I wouldn't be able to tell if he stole it anyway. But back in the day ppl found carbon copies of certain elements in both original and his animations.

I did...sort of....well when I say fullbody I mean the legs but you get what I mean. :/
Anyway the animation (if it actually was yours which I highly doubt) was actually very good except a few loop problems.

OH I remember this guy.

Is he the one who stole a huge whirling smoke cloud amimation and just pasted it on top of a stickfigure running? Because it was pretty clear that it was stolen then.

Actually thinking about it, the guy probably drew the soldiers in this animation and stole the sea drawings, because they both look extremely contrasted in drawing ability.

wait what? I did that only by stopping with stickfigures and just making fullbody
